Operating within the NewLaw model, we emphasise on agility in our interaction and delivery - so we can focus on handling your legal needs.
Similarly, we operate on a fixed / pre-agreed fee structure where you will not experience a bill shock.

Yes, we work out of Sydney and Melbourne.

Yes, as long as you have internet connection we are good to go. Face-to-face meetings can be pre-arrange on request.

When Starting Out:
Independent legal advice for your new employment contract
Incorporating your business - ASIC company registration, business name registration, ABN / GST / TFN / PAYG registrations
Employment contract when hiring new staff
Contractor's agreement when engaging contractors
Shareholders' agreement to lay down the terms of your relationship
Loan agreement to stipulate the repayment terms.
When Something is Up:
Dispute management - Services / equipment purchased are not up to scratch and there is a possible breach of contract
Dispute in employment / workplace related issues within your private practice
Complaints / claims management - work with you to best handle complaints against the practice / practitioner; assist in liaising with your MDO with you.
Our services are to assist you and not intended to intervene with your obligations with the MDO.

For an initial chat, you can select your preferred time for us to get in touch with you. After hours and weekend consults are available on selected days.
We will indicate the turnaround time for your specific matter prior to our engagement. The turnaround time for standard matters is between 2-5 business days. However, it is subject to your final instructions. You will receive status updates leading up to the indicative delivery date.
Taking care of our existing clients' matters is always our priority. Hence, if our schedule does not permit we may discuss to have new matters referred to our legal network.

We operate on a fixed / pre-agreed fee structure.
Fixed fee - The fees are as quoted in our costs disclosure prior to the engagement.
Pre-agreed fee structure - As some matters (eg negligence claims, dispute resolution) are subject to many variable factors, we will provide a fixed fee quote based on the scope of work anticipated. Similarly we will also inform you upfront how we charge should the scope of work broadens.
If the scope of work is expected to broaden during the course of the matter, we will notify you in advance before any additional fees are incurred.
It's our commitment that you will not experience a bill shock.

Our services can be terminated any time in accordance to the terms of our engagement.

Our fees are due upon completion of work or blocks of work as stipulated in the terms of engagement. We will refund the amount for work yet to be completed.
